No permission is given by Gourmet Gifts for their use by any person other than such holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Website are the copyright of Gourmet Gifts or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Gourmet Gifts prior written consent is prohibited.

9. PAYMENT and DELIVERY
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be accepted in Sterling only. We will validate any credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order is accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the address you provide in your registration/order form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may also submit your personal and order details to HSBC Bank plc (the provider of our Card Processing facility) and your credit or charge card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by HSBC Bank plc for future validation enquires by other companies. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses. Transactions will show on your statement as payments to OIL & MORE.

Deliveries are undertaken to the GB mainland only - please contact us for a price if you want delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man. A flat rate delivery charge of £4.95 is applied to all orders under £50 - this will be added at the checkout. Orders of £50 or more are delivered free of charge. We try to despatch your goods the next working day, either by 1st class Royal Mail or 48 hour delivery courier (depending on the weight of the items). This means that you should receive the goods 2 to 4 working days after placing your order. We accept all orders for products subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative product, partial shipment or cancellation of the entire order, at your choice.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Gourmet Gifts. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.

You can return any product within 14 days of receipt of your order as long as the product's container or box is unopened and the item is returned in good, resalable condition. All we ask is that you tell us why you are unhappy with the item so that we can make any necessary changes to avoid future dissatisfaction.
NOTE : Some products (e.g. electrical appliances) may carry longer manufacturers' warranties. If so, we'll tell you in the detailed description of the product.

If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract between us, we'll also refund the cost of your return postage; otherwise we do not pay the postage costs associated with returning an order. This does not affect your statutory rights - the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return any order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. You must look after the goods and return them to us unopened and in good condition.

If items are returned to us because they could not be delivered to the address provided we will try to contact you to arrange re-delivery. If this is not possible we will refund the value of your purchase, less a 20% re-stocking charge.

11. PRICES
Gourmet Gifts has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices are in Sterling and include VAT where appropriate. Promotions and prices you see in Gourmet Gifts advertising and marketing material may not apply to the online store, and vice versa . The basis and duration of any promotion or special offer will be clearly stated in the “More Details” page associated with the product.

12. ALCOHOL
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol and in accepting these terms and conditions you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

13. PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
You are welcome to browse our site without revealing any information about yourself.
The information that we gather when you make a purchase is solely for the purpose of executing your instructions and will not be revealed to any other persons or organisations.
If you pay for goods via our secure internet payment service, provided by Protx Limited and HSBC Bank plc, we do not see your full credit/debit card details.
Occasionally, we may want to inform you of warehouse downtimes, new products, special offers etc. If you do not wish to receive this information, just let us know by using the "Contact" page or clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link provided on the newsletters.

14. IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTE
The products we supply may have been processed or packed in food premises that also handle seeds or nuts.
