Sweet, thick and gloopy balsamic vinegar aged for many years (at least 15). Very good value for this quality - made from 100% Trebbiano grape must and no additives. Try a few drops on shavings of good Parmesan cheese, on fillet steak, fruit (especially strawberries or apple pie) or proper vanilla ice cream.
